Due for worldwide release on February 6 via his own PanickPanick! imprint, the new single showcases Noha’s fluid, propulsive take on house music.

Following an incredible year that saw him release on the likes of MicroHertz, Solid Grooves, Revival NYC, ROSSI.HOME//GRXWN and Diplo’s Higher Ground, to name a few, Italian producer Noha steps into the new year with Joy, a confident tech house cut that signals both momentum and intent. Landing on PanickPanick!, the label he founded in 2017, the release marks the start of a new chapter for both artist and imprint.

Opening his 2026 tally in style, Joy moves with warm, propulsive momentum, driven by tight percussion and a rolling low end that grounds the track throughout. Subtle melodic phrases, vocal samples and finely shaped synth textures drift in and out, shaping a natural sense of progression while allowing the rhythm room to breathe. The result is a focused, groove-led record that unfolds effortlessly, revealing fresh details with each listen.

Speaking on the track, Noha explains:

“I wrote ‘Joy’ one afternoon in a café in New York while my friend Nate was writing next to me. We kept passing the headphones back and forth and immediately knew there was something special there. I kept the track close for a long time, waiting for the right moment. It feels right that the new chapter of PanickPanick starts from here.”

Based in Rome, Noha has spent the past decade developing a sound shaped by curiosity and deep musical intuition. His breakthrough single Echo, which quickly surpassed one million streams, marked a turning point that brought wider international attention. Since then, he has continued refining his production style, blending classic house sensibilities with modern sound design and precise, functional arrangements. PanickPanick! Records has become a platform for experimentation and collaboration, establishing itself as a home for forward-thinking club music.

Alongside his solo output, Noha’s collaboration with Alex Tea under the name Pathagonia produced the widely supported Chi Ci Pensa, further cementing his reputation among selectors and tastemakers. As a DJ, he is known for sets that balance technical clarity with playfulness, bringing his sound to respected venues and festivals including Watergate and Sonar OFF.

Today, Noha sits at the centre of a new wave of artists shaping the direction of modern house music. With further releases scheduled on leading labels throughout the year, alongside a host of new material on PanickPanick!, he enters the next phase of his career with clarity and focus, continuing to create music built for movement, connection and longevity.
